COVID -19 RISK MANAGEMENT

One of the conditions for working under COVID-19 protocols is to have a COVID-19 Safety Plan. We can assist with the development of a plan that will give you and your workers protection and enable you and your workers to be compliant with Government and site requirements .

WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATION REPORT

For sole traders and smaller business situations, you may require a relatively light touch when it comes to a health and safety system. It could also be within your resource to manage the ongoing maintenance of a system once in place, in this case NHSS is happy to provide just exactly what you need. An onsite assessment of your workplace and recommendation report will provide a framework for you to manage. This could be a one-off or you may choose additional services like annual safety audits to help keep you on the right track.

CONTRACTOR PRE - QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENTS

Completing contractor Pre-Qualification assessments and evaluations from organisations such as Site Wise, Pre-Qual and ISN Networld can be a challenge at the best of times. NHSS can help your business navigate this process and assist you through the process.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In consultation with you we can provide a comprehensive (but easy to navigate) Health and Safety Management System customised to your workplace. This will include onsite assessments, hazard identification, emergency preparedness, customer protection, vehicle safety and any other considerations specific to your business. As each system is customised to be fit for purpose, there may also be additional services you would like to include such as record keeping, employee awareness and policy creation. Our service is flexible based on your needs.

MANAGEMENT OF EXISTING SYSTEMS

You may already have a programme in place to handle health and safety issues that simply needs updating or more consistent management. At NHSS we recognise that often the focus on health and safety can be unintentionally sidelined due to your core business taking centre stage. This is where we can partner with you to fulfill the role of an in-house health and safety manager without being a full time employee, and providing only the services you require.
